Integrated Patient Services

132.gif RadarFind's Integrated Patient Services System combines the resources of Asset Tracking and Patient Tracking. There are many places, within the hospital, where patients are greeted and registered. Patients present themselves either from outside the hospital with immediate needs or are coming from one area of the hospital to another for diagnostic or treatment purposes:

  • Admissions Office
  • ED front desk
  • Clinic Check-In
  • Outpatient Procedures Check In
  • OR front desk (and PACU)
  • Laboratory Check In
  • Radiology Check In
  • Nurses Station on each floor or unit
Typically, these areas are organized as free standing units. Communication occurs between units by telephone, HIS (hospital information system) or written requests. None of these are truly efficient or in real time.

RadarFind's Integrated Patient Services System centralizes information from throughout the hospital (ED, OR, ICU, etc.) making broad real-time views of hospital operations available to users. Now, there is an effective way to analyze processes for efficiency and monitor them in real-time.
