William J. (Terry) Kane, M.D. – CEO
Dr. Kane has more than 30 years of healthcare experience.
Most recently he was President and CEO of InteCardia, a venture backed cardiology imaging company based in
Chapel Hill, NC and sold in late 2001 to Syncor International, Woodland Hills, CA.

in Chapel Hill, NC and sold in late 2001 to Syncor International, Woodland Hills, CA. Prior to InteCardia,
Dr. Kane was Executive VP and COO of Sharp Healthcare, a six hospital system in San Diego, CA. He has
extensive experience in Managed Care having been a senior executive with US Healthcare, CIGNA and
Independence Blue Cross (Philadelphia). He has spent two years directing the consulting activity of an
investment banking firm. Dr. Kane received his B.S. in Biology at the University of Scranton (PA) and
his M.D. from Temple University in Philadelphia. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at the
University of Rochester, (NY).
B. Bobby Bahram – CFO & COO
Mr. Bahram has over 13 years experience in financial
and operations management. He was a Director of Business Development at MCNC's Research & Development
Institute (sold to RTI International) when he co-founded RadarFind.

Institute (sold to RTI International) when he co-founded RadarFind. Prior to that, Mr. Bahram was the
CFO of Peracom Networks, a start-up focused on networking of home entertainment products. He helped
start and grow the venture backed IBM spin-off Home Director, a manufacturer and nationwide installer
of home networking products, where he started and managed the finance group (revenues grew to $9.5M
annual run-rate). Prior to Home Director, he spent over four years at IBM in design and development
of enterprise systems (with main focus on the IBM / Aironet (now Cisco) inventory tracking system used
by Wal-Mart and other Fortune 500 companies). Mr. Bahram earned an MBA (Finance and Technology
Commercialization focus) from North Carolina State University, holds B.S. in Electrical Engineering
from Clemson University, and certificates in Project Management from George Washington University.
Stephen S. Jackson – CTO
Mr. Jackson is a seasoned veteran of the communications
industry. He has been directly involved with technology implementers as an applications specialist,
development engineer, and in various customer-facing individual contributor and management roles, for
over 25 years.

over 25 years. Most recently, he was the CTO for Elixar, a wireless security start-up. Mr. Jackson
broadened his expertise in an R&D group at Nortel Networks. As the Senior Director of their innovations lab, he engaged leading university researchers to map their efforts to commercial opportunities, and added several inventions of his own. In the process, he filed fifteen US patent applications, and of the ten patents awarded to date, one is the key patent on power-over-Ethernet technology. Mr. Jackson has spent nearly a decade investigating, engineering, and deploying hierarchical networking systems for hospital facilities of all sizes.
Vincent N. Carrasco, M.D. – CMO (Chief Medical Officer)
Dr. Carrasco, a tenured former Professor of Surgery at
UNC School of Medicine, is a noted and innovative neurotologist, who also has in-depth communications
technology experience. He has spent nearly 20 years working in both active practice and planning and
implementing new patient care delivery systems.

patient care delivery systems. His project management experience spans the deployment and integration of
various information technology related projects for hospitals. He has served as a business development
consultant for multiple firms focused on health care. Dr. Carrasco additionally served on the Technical
Advisory Board of Advanced Bionics, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of implantable devices. He spent five
years' developing the world's first computerized surgical planning tool for skull-base surgery in conjunction
with the Department of Radiation Oncology and the School of Computer Science at UNC-CH, and has published
papers in the medical field covering these and other advancements.
Barbara Capone – VP of Marketing
With more than 25 years of product marketing, channel marketing and marketing communications experience, Ms. Capone has worked for both multinational IT and local start-up companies.
Prior to joining RadarFind, Ms. Capone was employed with MCNC directing marketing program
activities for both their R&D and network services operations.

Before MCNC, Ms. Capone led channel marketing efforts for Sharp Electronics’ Business Products Division,
including developing an integrated marketing package targeting hospitals.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Capone was director of advertising and corporate communications
for the U.S. subsidiary of Olivetti—at the time the third largest personal computer
manufacturer worldwide. She holds a B.S. degree from Case Western Reserve University
and completed graduate studies at Rutgers University.
Matthew Weisensee – VP of Sales and Business Development
Mr. Weisensee has worked in a senior management capacity for several healthcare, service, and technology companies including Awarepoint, The Wackenhut Corporation, Weiser Security, The Gallup Organization, and CIA, Inc.

Mr. Weisensee has also previously held a senior leadership position for ASIS International, the Global Security Association. During his career, Mr. Weisensee has managed strategic partner opportunities for several technology, consulting, security, and biotech firms. He leverages both his experience in solutions selling and in planning long-term strategies to facilitate technology solutions. He holds a B.A. degree from San Diego State University.
Stanley "Skip" Fisher – Director of Installation and Support Services
Mr. Fisher has an extensive and unique blend of mechanical,
electrical, and software engineering experience. His work history spans commercial construction to cabinet
making; residential, commercial and theatrical electrical systems; software design and development; project
management; support and implementation.

management; support and implementation. Mr. Fisher has spent the last 25 years working in PC based software development
in the areas of data management, inventory control, econometrics, and telecommunications systems. For 13 years
he worked as systems analyst and project manager for the United Nations Office of Project Services designing,
developing, installing, and supporting econometric data management and analysis systems around the world.
Tadd C. Torborg – Director of Firmware Engineering
Mr. Torborg brings 27 years of experience in engineering
software for very small microprocessors and a broad experience in embedded processor based digital radio
telecommunications. Mr. Torborg began his career at a very successful startup, Raster Technologies, which
used a firmware based embedded microprocessor solution for workstation graphics.

years of embedded processor design work in assembly language for inexpensive microprocessors used in a
broadband multi-tiered digital communications over CATV AM Communications brought that system to market
using Mr. Torborg's firmware in 1985. Later Mr. Torborg worked as sole software embedded processor engineer
on several custom control panel systems built by Termiflex for General Electric and Johnson Controls. Most
recently Mr. Torborg has been a senior software engineer for Adaptec designing and implementing battery
backup subsystems, PCIX and PCIE interface and back-panel communications for RAID hard drive subsystems.
Mr. Torborg also served as founder, technical advisor, and author for a national public service digital
communications over amateur radio project.
Ryan B. Bloom – Director of Software Development
Ryan Bloom has over ten years experience building proprietary and open source enterprise software systems. Most recently Mr. Bloom was a Director of Product Development for Allscripts-Misys Healthcare Solutions.

Mr. Bloom started his career working on the Apache HTTPd server, the most popular web server on the Internet. After leaving Apache development, Mr. Bloom moved into development management at Red Hat, where he architected the Java solution for the new Red Hat Network. Mr. Bloom also led a team of 30 developers at Peopleclick to develop their next-generation applications. Mr. Bloom is also the author of numerous journal articles and the book "Apache Server 2.0: The Complete Reference".
